Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Trainee based in Aluva. The Production Trainee will assist in daily production activities, including planning processes, ensuring quality control, supporting production management, and participating in training programs. The role involves hands-on experience with manufacturing procedures, monitoring production workflows, maintaining compliance with safety guidelines, and contributing to process improvements.

- Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management
- Skills in Quality Control and adhering to quality standards
- Strong Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to assist with employee training and development
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Some prior knowledge or experience in manufacturing processes is advantageous
