We are looking for a driven, detail-focused fresher to join our Production team and
become part of the force that keeps large-scale international VFX projects moving
across all of our VFX departments.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Pulse of Production Track daily tasks and shot statuses in ShotGrid (Production flow software), the industry-standard production management system used across global VFX studios.
- Identify delays early, flag risks, and help keep shows on schedule.
- Coordinate Across Creative Teams
Ensure shot assignments, bid days, due dates and artist allocations are assigned and aligned across departments.
- You’ll work closely with leads and supervisors to maintain clarity and accountability.
- Drive Meetings into Action Support internal production meetings, document Minutes of Meeting, and ensure decisions translate into tracked action items. No loose ends. No dropped threads.
- Support Reporting for Leadership Compile daily and weekly show summaries. Assist in preparing production reports that Be the Connector
Act as a bridge between creative teams and production leadership. Escalate blockers early and maintain smooth communication across functions.

A bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Business, Film or related disciplines is
preferred, but mindset matters more than subject.
