Job Title: Electronics Technician / Production Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Technician to support the production and quality control of our products and electronic PCBs. The candidate will be responsible for soldering, desoldering, assembly support, product testing, and basic inventory/store management. The role requires hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing and a strong understanding of PCB handling and quality practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. PCB Assembly & Rework
- Perform soldering and desoldering of electronic components on PCBs.
- Carry out PCB rework, repair, and component replacement when required.
- Ensure proper handling of electronic components and PCBs following ESD precautions.
2. Production Support
- Assist in the assembly and production of RCL products.
- Support production processes including wiring, module assembly, and integration.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) during manufacturing.
3. Quality Control
- Conduct quality checks of products and PCBs to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify manufacturing defects, soldering issues, or component faults.
- Maintain records of QC inspections and report issues to the production supervisor.
4. Inventory & Store Management
- Support maintain inventory records of electronic components and production materials.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
- Organize and maintain stores to ensure easy identification and traceability of components.
Required Skills
- Good manual soldering and desoldering skills.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components and PCB assembly.
- Familiarity with testing equipment such as multimeters and power supplies.
- Understanding of quality inspection practices in electronics manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of inventory handling and documentation.
- Ability to work in a production environment with attention to detail.
- Preferred Attributes
- Hands-on experience in inverter assembly or power electronics products.
- Familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
