Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Team Member, based in Sindkhede. The Production Team Member will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, including production planning, overseeing manufacturing processes, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring smooth production management. The role will also include training team members to uphold best practices and contribute to achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Skills in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure efficient and effective workflow
- Proficiency in Quality Control to ensure products meet established standards and specifications
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration within the team and other departments
- Experience in Training team members to enhance skillsets and ensure adherence to best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications preferred
