Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead / Shift Executive to manage daily shop floor operations, lead a team of operators, and ensure shift production targets are met while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Production: Plan and execute daily shift schedules to meet targets and minimize downtime.
- Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and allocate tasks to technicians and operators.
- Quality & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to ISO standards, 5S practices, and PPE compliance.
- Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance team for quick machine breakdown resolution.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of shift output and material usage.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (supervisory experience is a plus).
- Skills: Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and strong team management abilities.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
