We are looking for a Production Support Lead with 10–15 years of experience to manage the 24x7 stability, availability, and performance of a large-scale digital platform. The role involves leading L2/L3 production support teams, managing major incidents (P0/P1), root cause analysis, and operational governance while ensuring SLA/SLO compliance.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, New Relic, or ELK. They will also support production releases, monitoring frameworks, and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and incident management capabilities, preferably within fintech, payments, or regulated financial services environments, handling high-scale platforms with millions of users.
