📝 Role Overview
— Provide L2/L3 production support for applications and infrastructure
— Configure and troubleshoot IIS servers, load balancers, API proxies
— Manage Cloudflare/CDN, DNS, certificates, and integrations
— Perform vulnerability remediation and monitoring using AppDynamics/ServiceNow
— Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation and fixes
— Support Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and application deployments
— Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure stability and compliance
— Lead production support teams in banking domain projects
