Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 / L2 production support for AI and analytics applications across Production, UAT, and Development environments.
- Monitor application health, job execution, and data pipelines to proactively detect issues.
- Handle incident intake, triage, investigation, and resolution within defined SLAs.
- Perform log analysis, data validation, and basic debugging for production issues.
- Coordinate with L3 engineering teams for escalations and issue resolution.
- Maintain proper incident documentation and runbooks.
Required Skills
✔ Experience supporting production applications or analytics platforms (3+ years)
✔ Strong knowledge of Python-based production systems
✔ Hands-on experience with SQL and data validation
✔ Familiarity with data pipelines and analytics workflows
✔ Experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow
✔ Strong stakeholder communication skills
⭐ Preferred: Experience supporting AI/Analytics platforms such as Dataiku.
