🏭 Utkarsh Transmissions Pvt. Ltd.
We are looking for an experienced and driven Production Supervisor to oversee our shop floor operations and ensure efficient production processes.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are met
• Manage shop floor workforce and allocate tasks effectively
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance team
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules
• Maintain production reports and documentation
• Implement safety practices and ensure compliance on the shop floor
• Identify process improvements to increase productivity
🎯 Candidate Requirements:
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in mechanical/manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of production processes and machinery
• Leadership skills with ability to manage teams
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting
