Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor/Shift Incharge based in Noida. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing shift operations in the centrifugal fan manufacturing and assembly department, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and equipment uptime are maintained. The role requires strong shop-floor leadership and hands-on understanding of sheet metal fabrication and fan assembly processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise shift production for centrifugal fan fabrication and assembly
• Manage sheet metal processes such as blanking, punching, bending and forming
• Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Supervise operators and maintain shop-floor discipline and productivity
• Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams to resolve production issues
• Monitor shift output, rejection, downtime and process efficiency
• Support implementation of preventive maintenance schedules
Requirements
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering
• 3–4 years experience in manufacturing operations
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication, press shop operations or HVAC equipment manufacturing preferred
• Complete knowledge of quality tools.
• Strong shop-floor supervision and problem-solving skills
