Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual for the role of Production Supervisor - Heat Treatment (Mesh Belt Furnace) in our Rajkot facility. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing heat treatment processes, ensuring production targets are met, managing daily furnace operations, and monitoring product quality. The supervisor will optimize furnace performance, maintain production schedules, enforce safety compliance, and lead the heat treatment team to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in heat treatment processes, specifically with mesh belt furnaces
- Strong understanding of production planning and quality control
- Experience in team management and leadership in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of operational safety standards and procedures in industrial manufacturing
- Mechanical and technical skills relevant to furnace operation and maintenance
- Problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
- Relevant experience in the fasteners manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
