ArtzFolio is expanding its manufacturing unit in Sector 63, Noida. We are looking for two grounded leaders to manage daily operations.
1. Production Supervisor
Role: Lead a team of 20–25 people and ensure daily production targets are met.
Responsibilities: Maintain quality standards, control wastage, and share clear daily reports (Excel/WhatsApp).
Experience: 2–5 years in manufacturing, printing, or packaging.
2. Floor Manager
Role: Oversee the entire factory floor and coordinate across departments.
Responsibilities: Improve workflow, manage raw materials, and maintain shop-floor discipline.
Experience: 3+ years in factory or production management.
Who should apply:
- 2–5 years experience in factory / production / printing / packaging
- Ability to manage people firmly and practically
- Understanding of production flow and quality checks
- Comfortable with WhatsApp and basic Excel reporting
- Honest, responsible, and result-driven
