Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily production and shop floor operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, monitoring fabrication and manufacturing activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and achieving production targets within defined timelines.
This role requires strong coordination skills, technical knowledge of production processes, and the ability to maintain smooth shop floor operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and shop floor activities
- Ensure achievement of production targets as per planning schedules
- Manage manpower allocation, productivity, and workflow efficiency
- Monitor fabrication, welding, sheet metal, and manufacturing operations
- Coordinate with planning, maintenance, quality, and stores departments for smooth production flow
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and 5S practices
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation
- Identify and reduce material wastage and process inefficiencies
- Support troubleshooting and operational improvement initiatives

Qualification

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong understanding of fabrication and shop floor processes
- Good leadership and team coordination abilities
- Willingness to travel if required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Timing : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Working Shift : Day Shift (Onsite)
