Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor based in Kolkata. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, managing production schedules, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. The role involves planning and supervising workflows, coordinating with different teams, and maintaining effective communication to address production issues. The individual will ensure the production processes run efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Experience in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Production Management processes with a focus on efficiency and quality control
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is also considered
- Previous experience in the garments or accessories manufacturing industry is an advantage
