Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Production Supervisor role located in Chennai. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and optimizing resource utilization. Tasks include planning and monitoring production processes, facilitating communication between teams, ensuring quality standards, and addressing any issues to maintain workflow efficiency. Effective leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be central to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead teams effectively
- Experience in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules
- Proficient in Production Management and operations optimization
- Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination and team building
- Knowledge of CNC machine operations and ISO quality standards is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with manufacturing industry practices and lean manufacturing principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
