Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune Division for a Production Supervisor. The primary responsibility of the Production Supervisor is to oversee the production processes by managing daily schedules, ensuring product quality, and optimizing workflows. They will lead and motivate production teams, monitor equipment and materials, ensure health and safety compliance, and work to meet production targets. Clear communication and leadership are key aspects of this role, ensuring the smooth operation of the production line while maintaining high levels of efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, guide, and motivate production team members effectively
- Knowledge of Production Schedules and Production Planning to ensure timely and efficient workflow
- Proficiency in Production Management and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet organizational goals
- Excellent Communication skills for coordination with team members, management, and cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset to ensure quality control and resolve production challenges
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards specific to orthopedic implant manufacturing
- Educational background in engineering, production management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the medical device manufacturing industry is a significant advantage
