Role Description
This is a full-time, at factory for a Production Supervisor based in Ahmedabad. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. Responsibilities include developing and managing production plans, supervising team members, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves facilitating effective communication within teams to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and experience managing production teams
- Proficiency in Production Planning and creating efficient Production Schedules
- Core expertise in Production Management, including overseeing workflows and maintaining quality standards
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to demonstrate organizational and time management capabilities
- Experience in manufacturing or interiors-related production is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Engineering, Manufacturing, or Production Management is preferred
