Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor based in Aurangabad. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations on the production floor, manage teams, ensure adherence to production schedules, and maintain high standards of quality compliance. The role also involves coordinating production planning, optimizing workflows, monitoring inventory, and ensuring that safety guidelines are followed at all times. The ideal candidate will work closely with the management team to meet production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead, guide, and motivate production teams
- Proficiency in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules to meet deadlines
- Experience in Production Management, including workflow optimization and quality assurance
- Effective Communication skills to facilitate clear coordination between teams and departments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve production-related issues
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in manufacturing
- Familiarity with modern manufacturing practices and technologies
- Technical diploma, engineering degree, or equivalent experience in production or manufacturing
