Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and ensure optimal performance of manpower and machinery. The ideal candidate should possess strong supervisory skills and hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Production Management
- Plan and execute daily production targets as per management instructions.
- Optimize manpower and machine utilization to ensure efficient production output.
- Minimize wastage and downtime through effective supervision and monitoring.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and production processes.
🎯 Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Food Technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in dairy, food processing, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production planning and reporting systems.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle production pressure.
