Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Production Supervisor, located in Ahmedabad. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring production schedules are met, and maintaining high-quality standards. Key tasks include managing and motivating teams, streamlining production processes, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient workflow. Additionally, the role involves monitoring safety and compliance with operational protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in Production Planning and execution of Production Schedules
- Knowledge of Production Management processes and methodologies
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively across teams and departments
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic production environment
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering-related industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field
