Responsibility -
Creating production schedules: Ensuring that production aligns with overall business goals and deadlines.
Allocating resources: Assigning personnel, equipment, and materials to production tasks.
Managing workflow: Monitoring and optimizing the flow of work through the production process.
Training and development: Ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
Enforcing quality standards: Ensuring that products meet specified quality requirements
Implementing quality improvement initiatives: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance product quality.
Safety and Compliance
Promoting a safe work environment: Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed.
- Communicating with management: Providing regular updates to management on production activities and results.
