Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hosur for the role of Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, manage production schedules, and ensure that production plans are executed efficiently. Key responsibilities include monitoring workflows, coordinating tasks with the team, ensuring quality standards are met, addressing operational challenges, and maintaining safety protocols on the production floor. The role requires leading and supporting the production team while ensuring adherence to organizational goals and timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory and Communication skills to lead teams effectively and report progress to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Production Planning and Execution of Production Schedules to ensure optimal output.
- Thorough knowledge of Production Management processes and a commitment to maintaining quality and operational excellence.
- Experience in working with plastic injection components, tooling, or manufacturing of toys, electronics, or automotive parts is a plus.
- Ability to identify and resolve production-related issues promptly while meeting deadlines.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
