Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor, located in New Delhi. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, manage production schedules, and ensure quality standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, coordinating workflow, implementing production plans, and troubleshooting operational challenges. The role requires effective communication with team members and other departments to maintain smooth functionality and adherence to deadlines. We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at our furniture manufacturing unit WITH 2+ years experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them clearly to craftsmen and production teams
- Supervise manufacturing processes to ensure timelines and workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain premium finish and craftsmanship standards
- Coordinate with carpenters and polish teams for material selection and execution
- Maintain basic knowledge of wood types, finishes, and furniture categories
- Ensure smooth communication between design, production, and client expectations
