Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Production Supervisor at MADDYFRY FOODS PVT LTD. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensure execution of production schedules, manage teams, and maintain adherence to the highest quality and safety standards. The candidate will also coordinate production planning to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of products while addressing any production-related issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead, motivate, and guide production teams
- Proficiency in creating and executing Production Schedules and planning processes
- In-depth knowledge of Production Management and ensuring operational efficiency
- Excellent Communication skills to facilitate teamwork and coordinate across departments
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges quickly and effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field preferred
- Experience in food production or a related manufacturing environment is a plus
- Commitment to quality standards, safety protocols, and continuous improvement
