Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Haveli. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, including planning and monitoring production schedules, ensuring efficient workflow, and managing operational processes. They will provide leadership to the production team, enforce safety standards, and collaborate with various departments for optimized production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Experience in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules
- Proficiency in Production Management practices and ensuring operational efficiency
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in manufacturing processes
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
