Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sonipat for a Production Supervisor at Ipower Batteries. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to production schedules, and manage the planning and implementation of production processes. Responsibilities include leading a team, maintaining high-quality standards, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies to achieve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Knowledge of Production Planning, Production Schedules, and workflow optimization practices
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members and various departments
• Competence in Production Management, including overseeing operations and ensuring quality standards
• Experience in the manufacturing or power solution industry is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field
