Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Production Supervisor at Intercab Industries Private Limited. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensure adherence to schedules, manage production planning, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, coordinating resources to meet objectives, and reporting on operational performance while adhering to company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead and motivate production teams.
- Experience in developing and adhering to Production Schedules and managing Production Planning processes.
- Expertise in Production Management with a focus on operational efficiency and quality control.
- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with manufacturing tools and systems; familiarity with industrial safety standards is an advantage.
- Problem-solving abilities and capacity to make decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline is preferred
Experience
5-7 years in the field of production.
