Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Ahmedabad. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, manage production schedules, and ensure adherence to operational plans. Responsibilities also include monitoring the production process, coordinating with various departments, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing leadership to production staff to maintain efficiency and safety in the workplace.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in leading and motivating production teams
- Proficiency in creating and managing Production Schedules and Production Planning
- Knowledge of Production Management principles and practices
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective coordination
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with safety regulations
- Proven ability to meet production targets and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production supervision is highly desirable
