Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth production processes, managing production schedules, and coordinating with team members to meet operational goals. The role involves planning and monitoring production activities to maximize efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards. Additionally, the role includes mentoring and guiding team members as required to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Management and strong experience with Production Planning
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage Production Schedules effectively
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality assurance standards in production operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in solar energy or related sectors would be advantageous
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
