Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor, located in Chakan. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring the implementation of production schedules, monitoring workflow, and maintaining quality standards. The role involves planning production activities, addressing operational issues, supervising team members, and optimizing resources to achieve efficiency. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety protocols and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Schedules to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery.
• Solid experience in Production Management to maintain quality and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Excellent Communication skills to convey instructions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and manufacturing standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in the automotive manufacturing sector is a strong advantage.
