Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Ghaziabad. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including scheduling, production planning, and workflow management to meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include supervising team members, ensuring quality and efficiency, maintaining production schedules, and coordinating with other departments for smooth operations. The role requires ensuring adherence to safety protocols and continuous improvement of processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficiency in Production Planning, creating and adhering to Production Schedules.
- Experience in Production Management with a focus on optimizing workflow and resource allocation.
- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with team members and departments.
- Knowledge of safety standards and experience implementing process improvements.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure quality and resolve production challenges.
- Previous experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
