Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor based in Hyderabad. The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day production activities, manage production schedules, and coordinate with teams to ensure seamless processes. Responsibilities include monitoring production planning, supervising operations, and ensuring efficient workflow within the production facility while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills to manage and lead production teams effectively
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining production schedules
- Experience with production planning and managing resources efficiently
- Solid communication skills to interact with team members across functions
- Expertise in production management and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
- Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment in Hyderabad
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
