Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role located in Gandhinagar. The Production Supervisor will manage daily production schedules, oversee manufacturing processes, and ensure quality standards are met. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, maintaining equipment efficiency, and collaborating with teams to optimize productivity. The role also requires overseeing the maintenance of machinery and troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Experience in production management, process control, and operations supervision
- Knowledge of quality control standards, safety protocols, and manufacturing equipment maintenance
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency with production-related software and tools is an advantage
- Previous experience in manufacturing, particularly in size-reduction or air classification equipment, is a plus
