- Production targets & line balancing: Work order follow up and inline work flow target completion on time.
- Manpower deployment & absenteeism: Manpower Availability and Leave controlling on floor
- In-process quality & rework control: Production inspection on stages and guide for no rework.
- Machine uptime & maintenance coordination : Regular Follow up of maintenance register for Preventive Maintenance
- Material & WIP availability at the line : Material Availability on floor for Production related Raw materials
- Reporting, shift handover & escalation : Daily Reporting and sequential Task assignments on floor for smooth communication
