Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Production Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. You will manage and supervise production teams, coordinate resources, and contribute to strategic production planning. Additionally, you will focus on optimizing efficiency, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with other departments.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and support production teams effectively
- Expertise in Production Schedules and Production Planning to ensure efficient and timely operations
- Solid understanding of Production Management with a focus on quality control, resource allocation, and process improvement
- Excellent Communication skills to foster collaboration and ensure efficient coordination across teams
- Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to maintain a safe working environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the chemical industry or a manufacturing setting is a plus
