We are hiring for a Production Supervisor role at our Buldhana location. We are looking for candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days.

Key purpose of the role:
BiofuelCircle aims to establish a Billion Dollar annual transaction volume on its digital platform by 2028. To get there, it needs to have >10,000 business subscribers and a reach to >1 million farmers.
The company has a unique business model that combines digital platform-based business with physical supply ecosystem. The Supply Operations function is a key element of the company’s model, and broadly includes:
- Aggregation Depots
- Warehouse Network
- Managed Biofuel Processing Plants
The company intends to have upward of 500 Depots, 100 warehouses and 400 small biofuel manufacturing plants under its management.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily production/operation of activities of briquetting/pellets plant.
- Manage warehouse operations, inflow/outflow of RM/FGs, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Monitor briquetting and pelletizing machines, ensuring optimal performance.
- To ensure and maintain Quality Control for inward & Outward raw materials and finish goods.
- To ensure Quality control and Assurance for Customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the records of daily production on Online Planform.
- Plan and execute seasonal procurement and material dispatch in coordination with the operations team.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instruction (WI ), Policy for plant and warehouse operations.
- Monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards within the plant/Warehouse premises.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports including production, inventory, and dispatch status.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Should be ready to work in shifts
