Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Supervisor to oversee production processes and ensure seamless operations at our facility in Vapi. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for coordinating daily production schedules, monitoring workflow, ensuring quality standards, and managing a team of operators to meet organizational goals. The Production Supervisor will also play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, while optimizing productivity and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, delegation, and performance management.
- Proficiency in Production Planning and developing efficient Production Schedules to meet deadlines.
- Experience in Production Management with a focus on quality assurance, efficiency, and process improvement.
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with teams, provide feedback, and report progress effectively.
- Sound knowledge of safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a production environment is a strong advantage.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work effectively under pressure.
