Role Description
The Production Supervisor will oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality compliance. Responsibilities include planning production schedules, supervising team performance, coordinating workflows, and ensuring that production targets are met. Additional duties involve maintaining safety standards, addressing operational challenges, and collaborating with different departments to streamline processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead, manage, and guide production teams.
- Proficiency in Production Planning and creating and managing Production Schedules.
- Experience in Production Management to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members, departments, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards in a manufacturing setting.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Work experience in the manufacturing industry is a strong asset.
