Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production for brand activations, pop-ups, and experiential events. This role manages project timelines, vendor coordination, resource allocation, and on-ground execution to ensure all deliverables meet quality, safety, and brand standards. The Production Supervisor will supervise production teams, track budgets, handle logistical planning, and resolve operational issues during pre-production, installation, live events, and dismantling. The role involves close collaboration with account management, creative, and content teams to translate concepts into workable production plans, maintain clear documentation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising production for events, retail activations, or experiential marketing projects, with strong on-ground execution skills.
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, vendor management, and budget tracking for multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, staging, AV setups, and safety standards relevant to brand activations and pop-ups.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate production staff, while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach under time pressure.
- Comfort with using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software, email) for documentation and reporting.
- Prior experience in experiential marketing, events, retail display, or brand production preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in event management, production, operations, or a related field is beneficial.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on activation schedules.
