Role Description
The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India. Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills to lead and manage teams effectively
- Proficiency in Production Planning and creating Production Schedules
- Knowledge of Production Management principles and practices
- Effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with industrial engineering concepts is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Experience in the mechanical or industrial engineering industry is an advantage
