Job Title: Production Supervisor – Textile Manufacturing
Location: Tirupur, Tamil Nadu
Experience: Minimum 2 years in textile/apparel production
Education: Undergraduate degree (Diploma or Bachelor’s in Textile, Engineering, or related field preferred)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our textile unit. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards in productivity, quality, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor
Ensure production targets are met without compromising quality standards
Monitor worker performance, attendance, and discipline
Maintain strict adherence to production schedules and deadlines
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
Ensure proper machine utilization and minimal downtime
Conduct regular quality checks and enforce quality control procedures
Train and guide operators to improve performance and skill levels
Maintain accurate production reports and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety and workplace standards
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in textile/apparel manufacturing
Strong understanding of production processes, workflow, and quality control
Proven ability to manage teams and meet production targets consistently
High level of attention to detail and accountability
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Willingness to work on the shop floor and handle operational challenges directly
