Position: First-Line Supervisors of Production and Operating Workers
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $7-$11/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 2 Weeks
Role Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production and shop-floor activities
- Manage shift planning, task allocation, and team coordination
- Track productivity, output, and performance metrics
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with standards
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues
- Create simple, real-world scenarios based on production workflows
- Coordinate with teams to improve efficiency and operations
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
- Experience in factories, assembly plants, or industrial manufacturing environments
- Basic understanding of production processes and shop-floor operations
- Knowledge of shift management, reporting, and workflow coordination
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in shift planning and workforce management
- Knowledge of productivity tracking and reporting
- Understanding of quality control processes
- Familiarity with safety standards and compliance
- Experience in handling escalations and operational issues
