🚀 We're Hiring | Production Sub Head – Chkokko | Ludhiana
At Chkokko, we've come a long way since listing our first 20 t-shirts on Amazon back in 2018. Today, we're one of India's fastest-growing D2C athleisure brands — shipping over 1 lakh pieces a month, with 1500+ articles and 15,000+ SKUs across men's and women's activewear. The momentum is real, and we're building the team to match it.
We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Production Sub Head to join our in-house team in Ludhiana and help us scale production without compromising on the quality our customers love.
📍 Location: Ludhiana, Punjab (On-site, Full-time)
💰 CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month
🏢 Work Mode: In-house | Factory visits required
What You'll Do:
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day garment production operations
Liaise with vendors, job workers, and production units through regular factory visits
Monitor production timelines, output quality, and process efficiency
Work closely with the design and sourcing team on fabric selection and procurement
Maintain quality standards aligned with Chkokko's activewear product benchmarks (
Track and manage production & delivery schedules
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve turnaround time
What We're Looking For:
2–5 years of experience in garment production / apparel manufacturing
Strong knowledge of fabric types
Hands-on understanding of production management — cutting, stitching, finishing, quality checks
Comfortable with vendor coordination and factory floor visits in and around Ludhiana
Detail-oriented with good communication skills
Familiarity with activewear/sportswear production is a strong plus
