Job details:
Monitor Shop floor all activity on routine Basis.
*Raw material planning and ensure consumption as per Standard norms.
*Ensure Day-Day Smooth production planning to achieve targated goal/RPP.
*Follow Safety and c GMP practices in Daily routine work.
*On routine Basis Co ordination with inter related department QA,QC and Engineering For Documentation,and for smooth manufacturing operations.
*To Review BPCR,SOP's and ensure follow written procedure.
*To prepare BPCR,ECR and SOP's and ensure it aligned with company standard.
*To Conduct and Record Training employee engage in Production activities.
*Actively participating in Daily TDM meeting with Senior for production planning,and any concerns solution.
*Lean manufacturing by helping of kaizen activity tool.
*ABS chart Updated on Daily Basis Included -Batch time cycle,Yield,Occupancy,Safety violation, Near-miss report,OOS and market complaint
