Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Rajkot (Shapar) ,for a Production Shift Supervisor.
Planning and executing daily & monthly production targets.
Monitoring machine productivity and reducing downtime. Supervising manpower and shift operations.
Coordinating with maintenance & quality teams.
Making production reports in ERP software.
The Production Shift Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, implement production schedules, manage team performance on assigned shifts.
Responsibilities also include maintaining product quality, enforcing safety protocols, and promptly addressing operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CIPET - Plastic Engineering , Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
