- Our strong R&D expertise enables customers to develop innovative, cost-effective products across industries such as electrical, EV, medical, construction, and electronics.
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and schedule production across all manufacturing units
Ensure availability of:
- Raw materials
- Inserts and components
- Consumables required for production
Coordinate with:
- Procurement team
- Stores/Warehouse
- Production teams
Monitor daily production vs plan and take corrective actions
Ensure monthly production targets are achieved
Optimize machine utilization and reduce downtime
Maintain production reports, MIS, and planning dashboards
Work closely with R&D and design teams for new product planning
- Identify bottlenecks and improve planning efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Production / Diploma
- 1-2 years experience in production planning (preferably in composites, plastics, or manufacturing)
- Strong understanding of:
- Production planning & control (PPC)
- Inventory management
- Material requirement planning (MRP)
- Experience with word,excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple plants/units
Preferred Skills
- Experience in composite manufacturing (SMC/DMC/FRP)
- Knowledge of molding, pultrusion, or injection processes
- Lean manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge (bonus)
Salary: 2.5L-3L/Annum
