- Generate monthly Sourcing Plan & Finalization of Factory-SKU-Depot map
- Release Fortnightly Production Plan & Weekly Production Schedule
- Build-up of intervention eg. Promotion, Exports in production plan / schedule
- Detailed planning for Pack / Promo production transition
- Plan vs Actual Weekly Analysis (Production, Dispatch, IRT, Promotion, Export)
- De-bottlenecking Factory scheduling & capacity constraints
- Releasing of Stock Ageing & Non-Moving Stock at Depots & Factories
