Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Planning Manager located in Mysore. The primary responsibilities include developing and managing efficient production schedules, coordinating resources to achieve production goals, and ensuring on-time delivery. The role also involves optimizing production plans, monitoring workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive productivity and meet quality standards. The Production Planning Manager will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and continuously improving processes to align with the company’s goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Production Planning, including creating and optimizing production schedules to meet deadlines and demand.
- Strong background in Production Management and oversight of workflows and resource allocation.
- Solid Analytical Skills to assess production efficiency, solve problems, and implement continuous improvement measures.
- Experience in planning and executing complex manufacturing operations with attention to quality standards.
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively and ensure coordination across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in production management are a plus.
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools is an advantage.
- Experience in the precision engineering or manufacturing sector is desirable.
