Position: Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC)

Fermentis Lifesciences (FLS) is a leading contract manufacturing partner for the Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, and health and wellness industries. We specialize in end-to-end manufacturing of gummies, nutrition bars, powders, capsules, tablets, liquids, and softgels, catering to private-label and custom-formulation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders and forecasts.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging materials for uninterrupted production.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and consumption.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain production planning records, MIS reports, and inventory reports.
- Implement FIFO / FEFO inventory practices and conduct stock verification.
- Ensure timely production completion and order dispatch.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Pharmacy, Food Technology, or related field.
Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in PPIC / Production Planning / Inventory Control, preferably in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing industry.
Skills Required:
- Production planning & scheduling
- Inventory and warehouse management
- ERP / MIS reporting
- MS Excel and coordination skills
