Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gondal for a Production Planning Engineer. The role involves creating and implementing production schedules, coordinating with departments to ensure efficient workflow, analyzing production processes for optimization, and ensuring materials are available for uninterrupted manufacturing. The selected candidate will also monitor production performance, resolve daily operational issues, and collaborate with teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Production Planning and general Planning skills to design and execute efficient production schedules.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, identify issues, and implement solutions for process improvements.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey production updates clearly.
- Educational background in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in manufacturing industries and familiarity with water treatment systems is advantageous.
- Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
